As Customer Success Lead, you will be part of the team at the heart of delivering meaningful, human-centered experiences to both institutional partners and individual users. You’ll shape the post-sale journey, ensuring that customers, from older adults to large healthcare organizations to payors, feel supported and empowered. We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and empathetic Customer Success leader who can blend high-touch service with scalable systems. You’ll work cross-functionally to design journeys that build trust, deliver impact, and turn customers into advocates. Whether you’re partnering with a provider on a multi-state rollout or supporting a payor with its needs, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how we serve and grow with our users.
