Product Designer

About the role:

As Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our platform. You’ll be part of the team designing intuitive, elegant product interfaces that align with business goals and user needs, bringing together craft, speed, and vision. From concept to execution, you’ll work closely with engineers and cross-functional partners to bring thoughtful solutions to life.

What You'll Achieve:

• Design thoughtful product experiences that balance vision, craft, speed, and business impact.
• Own new features from concept through execution, collaborating closely with engineers to bring them to life.
• Partner across the company, from product and engineering to marketing and support, to deeply understand the needs of our diverse user base and shape our roadmap accordingly.
• Use qualitative insight, user data, and intuition to define priorities, inform decisions, and create elegant, accessible flows.
• Collaborate with the wider team to tell cohesive, compelling stories across our product, help guides, and public-facing surfaces.
• Create intuitive interaction patterns and evolve our design system intentionally as the company scales.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• Full-stack design fluency: You bring 3+ years of experience running product design projects end-to-end, from shaping the UX to refining the final UI, whether through screens or other more ambient formats.
• Strong visual design: You know how to create clear, polished, and user-centered interfaces, with attention to spacing, typography, and hierarchy.
• Sharp UX intuition: You can take loose ideas or complex user needs and shape them into accessible, easy-to-understand flows and structures.
